TRYOUT REGISTRATION FOR 2024-2025 IS OPEN

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Tryouts are for Academy and Select programs.

NOTE: All times/locations are subject to change. Please check back for updates.

2024 TRYOUT DATES

U9-U12 (2016-2013)
Date: May 20th
Boys & Girls: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

U13-U19 (2012-2006)
BOYS SELECT
Dates: May 21st & 22nd
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

GIRLS SELECT
Dates: May 22nd & 23rd
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

TRYOUT LOCATION
Tifton, GA Friendly City Park

Tryout registration for Academy and Select will be live by April 8th. If your player would like to be evaluated for the upcoming soccer season with UFA, please be sure to register online. Players should attend all sessions for their age group. Simply go to our website at SouthGeorgia.UnitedFA.org, log into your account and search under AVAILABLE PROGRAMS for “2024-2025 SOUTH GEORGIA Academy/Select Tryouts (U9-U19)”. (Instructions on how to set up an account can be found here.) There is no cost to tryout. Players will not receive their tryout ID number until they have been registered.

TRYOUTS
â€‹Tryouts will be held on the dates set out below. Players should attend all sessions for their age group.

What to Wear and Bring:

Please do not use any club-identifying uniforms/apparel (including shirts/shorts/jerseys)
Wear cleats
Wear shin guards
Bring your ball
Bring lots of water

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL HOLD MAKE-UP SESSIONS - DETAILS WOULD BE ANNOUNCED.

TEAM ACCEPTANCE

Team acceptance emails will be sent as soon as the rosters are confirmed. Online Acceptance Registration MUST be completed, with payment, within 3 days to ensure a spot on the team.

IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND TRYOUTS, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF TEAM PLACEMENT AND NO SPOTS WILL BE RESERVED.

Please do the following:

1. Register online for 2024 - 2025 SOUTH GEORGIA Academy/Select Tryout (U9-U19)
2. Notify Nick Jenkins at nick@unitedfa.org
3. You may contact us upon your return to see if spots remain available and an evaluation may be scheduled.

UNIFORMS

All players are required to purchase and wear the UFA uniform package through our approved vendor. Players will receive an email from sales@LloydsSoccer.com. (Please be sure to add this in your email contacts so it does not go to spam.) This upcoming season will be the first year of a two-year cycle. Players will have to order the complete uniform package in June. The Arsenal Pre-Game Jersey is part of the Annual uniform requirement for all teams. The style changes each year must be purchased by all players annually.

Once the player's uniform order has been placed, there will be NO refunds or exchanges. With that in mind, players are strongly encouraged to attend a scheduled uniform fitting. Uniform Information
